1. Purpose

STAR'Track is a platform that lets artists share and showcase their electronic music tracks and lets listeners discover them. These terms govern the use of the service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Content and rights

Artists guarantee they hold all rights to the tracks they upload. Any content that infringes third-party rights or the law is prohibited and may be removed.

4. Acceptable behavior

Harassment, hate speech, spam, fraud and any illegal activity are forbidden. Messaging must be used respectfully.

5. Payments

Payments are not active at this time. When enabled, artists will receive 100% of their sales (0% platform commission), excluding fees charged by payment providers.

6. Moderation

STAR'Track may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". STAR'Track cannot be held liable for content published by users.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
